Our rooms
All rooms in the house are furnished with light solid wood in harmonious colours. The new fire protection room doors are made of high-quality Swiss stone pine wood and as soon as you enter our guest room area you will notice the pleasant scent of pine wood and feel at peace.
Our entire house is a non-smoking house - so are the rooms!
There is Wi-Fi and TV in every room. In addition, each room has its own bathroom with shower/WC/hairdryer, cosmetic mirror etc.
The bed is a double bed (2 mattresses). If you wish, we can also prepare two separate single beds in the room. Our rooms are spacious and offer a comfortable lounge area with sofa, table and armchairs. In some rooms we can also prepare an additional single bed for a third person. The double rooms can also be booked for single use.
All our rooms are located on the 2nd floor of our house and can easily be reached with the lift.
As our house is located in the centre of Ischgl - an advantage if you appreciate the short distances during your holiday - we cannot always guarantee absolute peace and quiet. There is always something going on in the village.
Room category A
3, 2 or 1 people
Comfortable and spacious room (approx. 25 - 30 m²), furnished in harmonious colours and decorated with light solid wood. In this category there is the possibility of an additional single bed for a third person (adult or child).
Facilities: Double bed (two mattresses) or two separate single beds, an additional single bed when used as a triple room, lounge area with sofa, table and chairs, shower with cosmetic mirror, hairdryer, shampoo, WC, cable flat-screen TV, radio, telephone, room safe, Wi-Fi.
Room category B
2 or 1 people
Comfortable and spacious room (approx. 25 - 30 m²), furnished in harmonious colours and decorated with light solid wood.
Facilities: Double bed (two mattresses) or two separate single beds, lounge area with sofa, table and chairs, shower with cosmetic mirror, hairdryer, shampoo, WC, cable flat-screen TV, radio, telephone, room safe, Wi-Fi.

Breakfast in our 18th century pine wood parlours is a great way to start your day - no hectic morning rush. Plenty of space and your own table for the duration of your stay.
We offer a very extensive breakfast in a buffet format.
Cheese, cold cuts and ham platters, savoury and sweet spreads and fresh vegetables.
A healthy buffet with cereals and grains of all kinds, yoghurts and fruits. (Also gluten and lactose free available).
Fresh bread and pastries from the village bakery. (Also gluten free on request)
Freshly prepared egg dishes.
Coffee, tea varieties and hot chocolate, as well as juice and water.
Breakfast times: 7.30am - 9.30am
Booking & Cancellation conditions
General information:
- A room booking is only valid with written confirmation from us or from the booking partner. For winter bookings a reservation deposit is required. The amount will be shown on the booking confirmation.
- With the written booking confirmation you accept our booking and cancellation conditions.
- You can pay your room bill by card (EC, Master, VISA, Diners) or in cash.
- There is no deduction for breakfast not consumed.
- In winter, short stays are only possible if available at short notice or as a gap-filler.
- Changes of guests during the booked period must be announced in advance. For this we charge a contribution towards expenses for the extra change of bed linen.
- The entire house is a non-smoking house
CkeckIn & CheckOut:
- Please inform us about your arrival time. Our reception is not open 24 hours a day.
- On the day of arrival the room is ready for you from 15:00 hrs.
- On the day of departure, please leave the room by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.
- Early CheckIn: This is normally not possible, as neither the room nor the garage space is usually available so early. Please ask anyway, sometimes there is a possibility to store your luggage or car already. However, we take the liberty of charging a reasonable fair amount for this.
- Late check-out: Normally not possible, as the room and the garage space are usually needed again on the same day. However, please ask the manager, sometimes there is a possibility to accommodate you, your luggage or the car. However, we take the liberty of charging a reasonable fair amount for this.
- Breakfast on the day of arrival will be charged with Euro 17,50 (buffet).
Cancellation conditions 2023/24
For bookings summer season 2023
- up to 8 days before arrival no cancellation fee
- from 7 days before arrival date 90% of the booked hotel price
For bookings winter season 2023/24
- up to 61 days before arrival no cancellation fee
- from 60 days to 31 days before arrival date 40% of the booked hotel price
- from 30 days to 8 days before arrival 70% of the booked hotel price
- from 7 days before arrival date 90% of the booked hotel price
If there is no cancellation fee, we will either credit the reservation deposit to another date or refund it to you. We will charge an office fee of Euro 30,00 for the reversal of the booking. We will also charge a separate office fee of Euro 30.00 for processing cancellations that are subject to a charge.
Whether short-term illness, accident, loss of job, death or illness in the family - the above cancellation conditions apply.
We therefore recommend that you take out cancellation insurance for yourself and your fellow travellers.
Free cancellation is only possible for the following reasons:
- Border closure
- Travel warning with resulting quarantine obligation in the guest's country of origin
- Entry restriction with resulting quarantine obligation in the holiday country
- Lockdown or regional lockdown or closure of operations in the holiday country.
Furthermore, the Austrian General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 (AGBH 2006) apply to individual guests.
